In response to concerns raised by officers on leave regarding their participation in capacity development programs, the governing council has approved new measures to address these issues. Effective immediately, these measures will apply to all Capacity Building Programs conducted by SLIDA. Please review the attached annexure for detailed guidelines and procedures.
