Organizational Development comes under the supervision of an Additional Director General. The department is mainly engaged in activities leading to organizational development of SLIDA and the other organizations of the public sector. OD activities consist of organizational health check exercises and documenting success stories of those organizations, developing competency framework, conducting research, undertaking policy studies, and publications. In addition to these activities, the department seeks to develop systemsaiming to enhance the efficiency of delivery of services.The principal OD activities currently undertaken are as follows.
